Everyday around dinnertime she’s ‘banging’ at our door to get in, jumps on our table and places her elegant body next to my plate. We call her Tiger. She’s the boss of our neighbourhood, lots of friends….. except the birds.

Sometimes she gets some pieces of fish or porkchops…. but not too much though. After dinner, when we light up a cigarette, she disappears via our fence to the next-door neighbour for dessert.

By the way…. this shot of her was taken with my new camera….(Yes, the E-510 that is).

The Olympus EVOLT E-510 digital SLR is a great camera to help you evolve as a photographer. Only Olympus digital SLRs are engineered to be 100-percent digital. Simply put, this means your pictures will have stunning edge-to-edge sharpness that can’t be beat. Olympus’ Live View LCD technology is a unique feature that enhances your picture-taking experience. Whatever life brings, whatever you’re photographing, you’ll capture colorful memories with the E-510’s proven Dust Reduction System and powerful, 10-megapixel imager.

Like in the beginning of my professional photography, when I used to work with Olympus analog camera’s, I’m back working with Olympus since last year when I bought the Evolt 330. It gave me a lot of pleasure using this ‘computer’. But now the new E-510 is on the market and I really, really…. I’m glad to choose Olympus over Canon and Nikon because everybody has one of those these days…… And I’m not really going with the flow…

Well…., it’s a big day today for my friend Leo. His birthday. He must be exhausted after spending time with friends and family throughout the weekend and drinking lots of Grolsh beer (… you feel the hangover coming by putting the first bottle to your lips….). And then the very next morning you go biking with your neighbour…..

Anyway, keep up the good stuff, Leo. I really like the idea that you will spend your holiday in Cambodia with me.
